Returns

First order jitters? We get it. Your first order includes a free return - no questions, no hassle. After that, return shipping is on you, but we'll always make the process easy.


What We Accept

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of makeup, stains, odors, fragrances, and pet hair
  • In original condition with all tags attached

How It Works

We want you to love what you ordered. All approved returns are issued as store credit so you can find something you'll reach for again and again. We do not refund to the original payment method - this includes Afterpay orders.

Your store credit:

  • Is delivered to you via email
  • Never expires
  • Can be used on any future purchase at Harlow + Honey

If something arrives damaged or defective, that's on us and we'll make it right. Email us at hello@harlowandhoney.com within 48 hours with a description and photos and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Starting a Return

Ready to start a return? Here's how it works - it's straightforward, we promise.

  1. Submit your return request through our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery
  2. You'll receive a response within 48 hours confirming eligibility
  3. Ship your item back using a trackable method - we recommend keeping your receipt
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit is issued within 3–5 business days

Please note that returns postmarked after 14 days cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. When in doubt, submit your request early.


Final Sale Items

Just a heads up - the following items are final sale and not eligible for return. We always note final sale status clearly on the product page before you buy.

  • Sale, Clearance, and items marked Final Sale
  • Items discounted 20% or more
  • Seasonal and holiday items
  • Bodysuits, bralettes, leggings, and hosiery
  • Accessories and jewelry

Cancellations

Need to cancel? We can only accommodate cancellations within 24 hours of your order being placed. After that window, the order is in process and cannot be cancelled - but you're welcome to initiate a return once it arrives.


Afterpay Orders

If you used Afterpay and return an item for store credit, your Afterpay payment plan remains your responsibility - please contact Afterpay directly with any questions about your schedule. And just a reminder - returns come back to us, not to Afterpay.


A Note on Discount Codes

Discount codes - including your first-order code - are valid only at the time of the original purchase and cannot be transferred, reapplied, or carried over to future orders.
