Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Harlow + Honey.  Your business is always appreciated.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner.  Pre-Order items are shipped according to the date listed in the item description. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Packages are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Order processing may be delayed during holiday/peak season, sale events, Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Harlow + Honey is not liable for shipment delays due to Inclement Weather. We offer USPS Priority Mail to the U.S. only.  Shipping cost is displayed at checkout.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.  After shipment, Harlow + Honey is not responsible for orders lost due to shipping error by USPS, incorrectly supplied delivery addresses, or for orders unclaimed or damaged during shipment. Orders may be tracked during shipment using the supplied tracking number. If tracking information shows your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, you must contact USPS for assistance.  Questions or concerns, please contact USPS 800-275-8777. 

Address Verification
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly and completely when placing an order.  Addresses unable to be verified may lead to delay or cancellation of your order. 

Order Processing
Items on the site are subject to availability and the receipt of payment when the order is submitted.  Harlow + Honey strives to have all items available for immediate shipment. Harlow + Honey will contact you if an item you ordered is out of stock, or if additional information and/or identification is needed to process your order.

Package Protection
Harlow + Honey partners with ROUTE, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. Selecting ROUTE during checkout will protect your order from damage, loss*, or theft. If there is a problem or delay with your order, you may easily file a claim with ROUTE to receive a replacement or reimbursement.

Payment
All payment transactions on this site are processed using a secure third-party online payment gateway that encrypts card details in a secure host environment.  Payments can be made via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.  You must be the owner of the credit/debit card or authorized by the owner to use the card.  Harlow + Honey will not be liable for canceled or delayed orders due to a payment card issuer refusing to authorize payment to Harlow + Honey.

Our Merchandise
Due to computer monitor and or mobile device resolutions, we cannot guarantee your equipment accurately reflects the color of the item, therefore your received items may vary slightly from those images.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated on the checkout page and will be shown prior to submitting your payment information. Various shipping method choices and pricing is shown on the checkout page. We are ONLY responsible for shipping orders to the address indicated.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
 
Shipping Time
We ship to local addresses located within the United States using USPS.  Order processing time is 3-5 business days. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.  Approximate delivery times for your order will be based on the availability of your items.  Shipping price and delivery dates will depend on your region and may be extended depending on the shipping company.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Harlow + Honey is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer when the order was submitted.  No refunds or store credit will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.  If an item is returned to Harlow + Honey, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of a new delivery attempt.

Item Damage/Incorrect Orders
Orders are inspected before shipping. We do not ship damaged merchandise and are not responsible if you receive damaged item.   For orders damaged during transit please contact USPS to notify them (USPS 800-275-8777). If you believe your order is incorrect you must contact us by email within 7 days of delivery of your order hello@harlowandhoney.com.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

Pre-Order
Pre-order dates are estimated based on factory estimations.  Dates may change to an earlier or later estimation. Unless otherwise noted, orders that include pre-order items as well as in stock items will be shipped only when all of the items are in stock. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the item description, as well as in your confirmation email. If you would like to receive your in-stock items before your pre-order items, please place separate orders.

Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that are caused by event outside of our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) fire, flood, severe and/or inclement weather, war, explosion, industrial dispute, act of terrorism, or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
