Shipping Policy
Processing & Handling
We work hard to get your order out the door quickly. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
During high-volume periods - including sale events, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday - processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Pre-order items ship according to the estimated date listed in the item description. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship when all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States only using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you submit payment.
Harlow + Honey is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, inclement weather, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control including fire, flood, severe weather, or acts of government or authority.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number to follow your shipment in real time.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact USPS directly at 800-275-8777. Harlow + Honey is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Before you check out, take a quick look at your delivery address to make sure everything is correct. We ship only to the address entered at checkout and are not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an incorrect address causes your package to be returned to us, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment - the cost of which is the customer's responsibility. We're unable to issue store credit or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Package Protection
We've partnered with Route to offer package protection at checkout. Adding Route to your order protects against loss, damage, and theft during transit. If something goes wrong, you can file a claim directly with Route for a replacement or reimbursement.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands - we take that seriously. If something still isn't right and you believe you received the wrong item, reach out to us at hello@harlowandhoney.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. For damaged or defective items, our Returns policy has you covered.
For items damaged during transit, please contact USPS at 800-275-8777. For items that arrived defective, refer to our Returns Policy.
Events Beyond Our Control
Harlow + Honey is not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, industrial disputes, or acts of government. This does not affect your statutory rights.
